Iraq was asked not to put their new rate out until Sunday 21 May when they will activate their ATM machines with the new currency in them. On Sat. 20 May the new Iraqi Dinar rate will be exposed through announcement of the Iraqi budget.

Tier4b redemption will be paid in digital gold-backed USN currency.

Tier 4b will receive notification to set appointments Sat 20, Sun 21 or Mon22 May.

Tier 4b will have access to 1% of the total exchange on the day of exchange – that can be moved into your Wells Fargo primary account.

Mnt Goat   ...Yes, they did vote on many provisions of the budget...Wednesday but did not complete it. The committee is now meeting to vote on its paragraphs and will be completed within the next few days. ...the committee has reached the final stages of resolving the general budget law and we can expect it very soon. Remember also this would be something that Iraq has never done before. First of all a three year budget and second actually open it officially for projects to reconstruct their country. WOW!

Militia Man  Parliament is likely to vote on the budget law next Saturday.  We heard that they were going to possibly do this on the 10th.  Then they said they possibly do it on the 17th and then...they moved it to Saturday...the 2023-34 budget is like a chess piece.  They're moving them back and forth back and forth - why?  Because they're waiting on something...an exchange rate change.  That's what I believe is happening.
