Judy Note: In Feb. 2013 Popes Bergoglio and Ratzinger, Queen Elizabeth, Canadian Prime Minister Brent Harper, Jesuit Order Top Officials and at least 30 other Global Elites were found guilty by the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels, of Crimes Against Humanity in a 50,000 Missing Native Canadian Children Case – yet over eleven years later their arrests have never happened, while some of the accusers have gone to jail with help of a silent Mainstream Media that supports the cover up.

It was believed that since the early 1900s the British Crown and Canadian Government have shared a pact to eliminate Canadian native tribes in order to take over their natural resources and oil rich lands. 

Over 40 child mass gravesites that would likely provide evidence of what was now believed to be over 60,000 native children’s rape, torture and murder found on grounds of 80 mainly Catholic Native Children Residential Schools across Canada have continually been refused excavation by the Vatican and Canadian Government.

Vatican Pope Benedict Ratzinger resigned in Feb. 2013 only a few days after receiving his arrest warrant, though fellow convicted rapist and murderer Bergoglio was immediately crowned Pope in his place – a ceremony that required a child sacrifice as outlined in the Vatican’s own document “Magisterial Privilege” dated Dec. 25 1967.

Queen Elizabeth was found guilty by the Brussels court for the 1964 disappearance of ten native children from the Canadian Kamloops residential school. The children have never been seen since leaving with the Queen from a picnic, while witnesses to the abduction have been killed.

According to a Feb. 5 2014 decision by the UN Committee on Rights of the Child, the Vatican implemented policies that have led to “the continuation of clerical sex abuse and the impunity of the perpetrators.”

Tens of thousands of children were believed to have been abused by clerics worldwide according to UN findings – yet there have been no arrests, the guilty priests merely transferred to other congregations within the Church.

·        The charge was dismissed. Defense Attorney Lowell Becraft of Huntsville Alabama presented irrefutable evidence that the 16^th Amendment to the US Constitution was never properly ratified.

·        This amendment which established the “income tax” was signed into law despite serious defects.

·        In reality only two states ratified the amendment and the ratification requires 36 states to be valid.

·        The affect of this is such that every tax paid in to the Treasury since 1913, is due and refundable to every citizen and business.

·        The official position to the service is as it has always been is to aid and assist the citizens of the United States.

·        We will not publish or advertise this finding as a total and immediate refund would cause a serious drain on the resources of the Treasury.

·        For those citizens who become aware of this finding and apply for a refund, expedite their refund documents as quickly and as quietly as possible.

·        A simple 1040X form will suffice until a new form is designed and printed.

·        Advise each of your managers that they are not to discuss this situation with anyone.

·        It is my opinion from information I have learned over the nine years I have been in this GCR, that you need to type up a simple 1-2 page summary of your Humanitarian Project including goals you hope to achieve; how many people you will employ; the length of your project (how many years you want funding); have an idea of how much money you will need to do the project and write a paragraph about yourself including your interests and why you are qualified to do the project.

·        Have at least two type written copies of your project to hand in at the time of your redemption.

·        If you do not have a specific Humanitarian Project you are doing yourself you will be offered the default rate on your Zim redemption – which is supposed to be very good.

·        At your Redemption Appointment they will be offering you opportunities to participate in the Global Humanitarian Projects.

·        If you do have a specific acceptable Humanitarian Project you are doing yourself they will make sure your Zim Redemption monies will cover the cost of your project.

·        You will be required to sign an NDA. Read it carefully. If you break the terms of the NDA all your account monies will be frozen and you may not get the money back – ever. ·        Include the words "Quantum Initiative Trust" in the name of your project.

·        You MUST sign each set of pages (1 time per set) & get have your signature notarized.

·        3-4 copies of the proposal will be needed.

·        Try to keep the project simple.  If approved, you can always add additional projects at a later time if you want to.

·        Purchase from Staples/Office Depot clear page binders that allow you to insert each page in its own plastic sleeve.

·        Why all of this uniformity?  Two reasons that I can think of:

1.     Simplify the reviewer efforts in reading all of these proposals & either approve/reject them.

2. Determine how well the applicants follow instructions as there will be reporting/compliance requirements on all approved projects.

There is a tremendous amount at stake for each of us @ our redemption center appointments that have foreign currency to redeem/exchange for US Treasury Notes. Without submitting a Humanitarian project, expect to receive back only .006 of the exchange rate vs. up to 20% of the exchange rate for submitting a Humanitarian project.  This is money that you would be allowed to keep for your own use.

If your project is approved, you can expect to receive up to $1 Million towards that project at your redemption center appointment.

1.  At the time of our appointments, we can expect to receive approx. 1% of our monies at the time of our visit with the additional 99% received at the end of 90 days.  Why?  We will all be expected to sign 90 NDA's.  And if we break our NDA's we stand to lose EVERYTHING from our Redemption Center appointment!!

Remember the WWII phrase "Lose lips sink ships?"  That applies here to.  Those in charge of the redemption centers simply do not want us sharing ANY info with anyone else or else, we risk losing every dollar from our redemption appointments.

2.  Even though we will have 1% of our money made available to us at the time of our appointments, it is highly recommended that we do NOTHING with any of those funds until the expiration of our 90 day NDA agreement.  This includes the starting up of any humanitarian projects we have submitted.

It is strongly recommended to refrain from divulging your redemption center results with ANYONE including family members while your NDA is in effect.
