I was going through a divorce, within the next month every major appliance in my home broke down, I was unable to find another job and quickly used up my savings. With no income coming in, not even child support for my five children, my other teens stepped up to the challenge and found work in order to pay for their clothes and expenses.

A few days prior the Chimney Rock North Carolina Mayor said he didn’t mind Hurricane victims sleeping in tents in the cold and that FEMA was doing a great job. I don’t think so.
