The Med Beds have never been in the hands of the Cabal. SSP (Secret Space Programs) have been operating in orbit and beyond and have received this "older" tech from the Extraterrestrials. But the ETs have a Star Trek "Prime Directive" that forbids tech transfer to non star-traveling civilizations.
ReplyDeleteEarth surface population is still under this tech quarantine, while the SSP were viewed as a breakaway civilization, classified as distinct. If the surface population or Cabal had these, wouldn't George Soros and GHW Bush have shown the effects?
