·         A White Hat convoy carrying crates of rifles and spools of razor wire arrived in Eagle Pass, Texas, Friday afternoon to support the Texas National Guard in its regional border dispute with unlawful federal forces, a source in General Eric M. Smith’s office told Real Raw News.

Howard C Nielson, Jr. announced an unscheduled Status Hearing on Thursday. To date, Magistrate Dustin B. Pead has sat on the bench managing all of the pre-trial motions and has seemed prejudiced against Ken. Now, it appears that Judge Nielson may have read Ken’s filings and the Friend of the Court Brief and realizes that something may be very wrong with the United States of America Prosecutor's grand jury indictment, wrongful jurisdiction, and the conspiracy to deny Ken Cromar of his Constitutional Rights.

·         Then on Thursday January 25, 2024, in U.S. District Court before the Trump appointed judge, Howard C. Nielson, Jr., the “Goliath IRS” Assistant U.S. Attorney Mark E.
