Thursday, March 28th, my Hearing before Judge Nielson resulted in every one of our motions being DENIED. While we had hoped the court would actually prove itself honorable and “in the pursuit of justice”, –it did not. However, in the big picture this was good news, because now the doors to the Circuit Court of Appeals (Denver) have opened up wide.

Additionally, for reasons I can’t share publicly, it has become quite clear that high and mighty powers out of Washington D.C. have stopped watching from the sidelines and have now sent some of their “wisest” legal experts in to coach the court on how to handle the Barbie & Ken vs Goliath IRS battle.

And, those D.C. experts are right to be confident they’ll win, because Ken admits he is “foolish” and “weak”. But, “But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;” (1 Corinthians 1:27) and the glory will be to God, whose victory it is.

So, the days of the “mighty” IRS are numbered. For far too long the IRS has been backed by a corrupt DOJ and ever-growing big government bureaucrats who have crowned themselves kings and queens to rule over us as their slaves, as they get fat and enrich themselves on the backs of struggling Americans.

I believe that our nation has failed in too many ways, including our government funded 65 million abortions, so that our perfectly just God now has to do what he promised which is to “sweep off” the wicked from this land. Jesus’ disciples asked him, “…what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?” (Matthew 24:3) Did you know that April 8th there will be a solar eclipse that will go across the entire United States, the second in 7 years, that “X’s” out the United States?
